  • A nice ramen place. They have quite a variety of food you can try. I ordered rice bowl with beef. It was very tasty. They don't serve alcohol though. The atmosphere is very nice. All Japanese style decorations. The staff here are very friendly and helpful. This place is very good!!!

  • From the moment you step inside, Gyuro feels like you’ve stumbled into a contemporary Japanese ramen shop. Super friendly service - we were immediately offered baskets to store our jackets. Started with edamame and chicken karaage. The later was fresh but needed a little seasoning. Signature gyukotsu was pretty tasty but the broth was a bit flat and benefitted greatly by adding chili oil. Dog rice was excellent and full of flavor!

  • Gyuro Ramen makes you feel like you’ve been transported straight to a side street in Japan, the decor and vibe are on point! ???????? My husband was in bone marrow heaven and polished off not one, but TWO of them (I swear he would’ve ordered a third if I didn’t stop him ). He also got the Prime Gyokutso, while my brother went for the Premium version (the only difference was the fancy gold leaf on top, so he basically paid extra for edible bling). I loved my Gyu Don (so comforting and flavorful), and my sister-in-law was happy with her Kamo Yakisoba. We all agreed the food hit the spot. Oh, and their virgin cocktails? Soooo good you won’t even miss the alcohol. Overall, it’s one of those places where everyone at the table left with happy bellies and zero regrets. Definitely coming back!

  • Contender for one of the top ramens in Chicago? I ordered the spicy miso ramen, which delivered on all fronts: meat, noodles, and broth. Oh also who doesn’t love the jammy egg to come with their ramen? I thought the meat was super impressive: tender slices of beef with a savory, delicious broth. I was a little skeptical when the ramen came out in 5 minutes but hey, if you can deliver tasty ramen quickly, more power to you! No wait either to get a seat - would definitely come back!

  • Went here on a Tuesday for a dinner with some friends after work. There are plenty of seats on weekdays. There was also a girl and a boy dating next to our table (of course we gossiped, it was so fun lol). Food was good. Loved the boned-in beef. Friends got wagyu ramen and I got the veggie one. Snacks were pretty pasty as well.

  • This place is truly a hidden gem. My wife and I are were on the hunt for ramen with beef broth and we stumbled on Gyuro Ramen. The food was delicious, the place was decorated really nice inside & the customer service was good! The food came out quickly and fresh wish is always appreciated.

  • Loved this Ramen spot! Great vibes and great staff. Everyone was very attentive and helpful. I even spilled my tea and the young man was so sweet in helping me get it cleaned up and offered me to move tables if it was wobbly but I am just clumsy haha. I got great recommendations from the wait staff and I was not disappointed. I got the chicken gyozas steamed and the Wagyu Miami Gyukotsu Ramen. I added corn to mine but it came with a truffle Wagyu wonton, menma, tamago, nori and scallions. Great flavor and great serving size! It was a fun environment.

  • This place is a little gem in the Fulton market district area (I believe that’s what the area was called) and it wasn’t so busy when we visited thankfully. My family and I got alittle bit of everything. First off, the appetizers were such a hit! The bone marrow was so tender and the seasoning was perfection and all the sauces that came with each appetizer were delicious. We also ordered 3 different types of ramen. I ordered the prime ramen and honestly I wasn’t a big fan of the broth but it was still a pretty good bowl of ramen. My dad ordered the spicy garlic miso with wagyu and the meat was pretty tough so he really didn’t touch any of it. My mom ordered the duck broth and she enjoyed her bowl. Overall, it wasn’t the best bowls of ramen we’ve had but I’d visit again just for the appetizers. I also got a mango tea (or passion fruit, I can’t remember) with dried mango bits on top and I loved that they had a bunch of organic teas to choose from. The service was also great!
